Photo:Newborn baby found in plastic bags and dumps by the road side

 newborn baby was found abandoned by the roadside on November 22, in Pakse, Champasak, a province in southwestern Laos, near the borders with Thailand and Cambodia. The baby was stuffed into plastic bags with a rope tied tightly around its neck in suspected strangulation. The Facebook user who posted the photos didn't indicate if the baby survived.
