Queen Elizabeth spotted with painful looking Bloodshot eyes

The 90-year-old monarch had a blood-shot eye as she welcomed Colombia‘s president Juan Manuel Santos and his wife Maria to the UK with an official ceremony on Horse Guards Parade.

She appeared to have had a subconjuctival haemorrhage that she has suffered on a number of other occasions over the years since 2006.
The Queen wore an apple green Angela Kelly coat and matching hat for the occasion.
