Health Minister responds to call by a twitter user seeking for medical aid for an elderly IDP with swollen breast

Yesterday twitter user, @ibrahimu14, called on the Minister of Health, Isaac Adewole, to help an elderly Internally Displaced Woman who appears to be a cancer patient.
