Sex used outside its purpose is the reason for most problems in the world today, think about it, every time there is sex outside of our marriage today and the result is one of the following: broken homes, unwanted pregnancies,abortions,children with no fathers, damaged teens, Aids, death and destruction and this is just a partial list and the list could go on and on.
We live in a world where teenage sex is accepted as a fact its encouraged directly or indirectly, infact some folks sees nothing wrong in teenage sex. Sex is everywhere and in almost everything being done in the world today. The fact of the matter is that sex is everywhere on television, music, church, magazines, newspapers and its every way outside what God originally designed for it.
Teenagers are not discouraged from having sex, instead they are encouraged to use a condom. Telling a teenager to wear a condom is like telling a child to be careful with a sharp kitchen knife. Of course sex is safer using a condom and of course it reduce the risk of STD Sexually transmitted diseases, this however should not lead to the notion that a condom is a cure all and that you are actually safe, you may be safer but you are not safe.
A condom is rated as being 85% effective against pregnancy, you can get pregnant a few days out of a given month, but however, you can get Aids anytime of the month.
There are many children in the world today who have Aids and other venereal diseases and they wore condoms, its absolutely foolish if there is anything called safe sex.
One of the saddest statistic today is that teenagers are the largest and the fastest growing group of Aids infected persons.
Abstinence is the best.
